Future Leaders consist of two programs Summer Cohort and Internship Program. The cohort and internship program are designed to help young people explore their interests, develop professional skills, establish meaningful relationships with mentors, and prepare for future educational and employment opportunities.

The Future Leaders Summer Cohort Program is an immersive, multi-industry pre-professional experience designed for high school students throughout New York City.
During this six-week intensive summer program, participants move beyond classroom learning to explore professional environments, develop practical skills, and build relationships with experienced professionals.
Through hands-on projects, executive mentorship, career exploration, and weekly professional development masterclasses, students gain valuable exposure to careers that can shape their futures.
